A ceilidh by Long Dogs is fun from start to finish! Bringing people together on the dance floor; no experience needed; laughter and fun guaranteed! It is the perfect entertainment for so many events - weddings, parties, charity fundraisers, private events, corporate functions and many more...... Dan, Pete and Di are all gifted musicians who care about your event. They will do several sets with breaks inbetween, or more generally 2 sets with a good break halfway through, or any adaptation that works for you! Di is an experienced MC and is happy to make announcements during their performance if necessary. Di, Long Dogs Caller, is naturally humorous and enthusiastic in her approach. She will walk the dancers through the whole dance before any music starts and always calls the next steps in good time as the dance goes on. The dances are suitable for all and include fun elements to keep the joy flowing. Di calls Scottish, Welsh and English dances and even makes a few up on the spot!
