A set of songs from different periods in Bryn's musical career. From Crysbas in the Seventies, Sobin in the Eighties and more recent songs by Bryn Fôn and the Band, and some Welsh classics by other musicians along with some traditional folk songs. All to the acoustic guitar accompaniment of Mered Morris (Formerly of the Smaeliaid, Bwchadanas, Rhiannon Tomos Band and Meic Stevens Band).
