Noson Allan Fach
As its name suggests Noson Allan Fach is a smaller version of the Night Out scheme
It is available to small community-based membership organisations, such as Merched y Wawr, allowing them to add professional artistic performances to their regular programme of events.
Noson Allan Fach does not support lectures or demonstrations - except where live performance is the main and dominant element. Nor does it include events of a solely literary nature, which may be supportable by some of the schemes run by Literature Wales www.literaturewales.org 02920472266.
Events should not be ticketed or have an admission charge and should be open to all. Performances can be at any time of day and should be subject to the Night Out Terms and Agreement, available on our website.
The Performer fee for a Noson Allan Fach event is currently fixed at £120 which is usually funded in a three way split of £40 each between Promoters, Night Out and the Local Authority or supporting Trust. If the Local Authority does not have an agreement with Night Out, promoters will pay £80 and the Night Out contribution will remain at £40. No money will be exchanged before the event and Night Out will pay the performers their full fee after the performance on receipt of an invoice.

Booking an Event- Provisional arrangements with a chosen performer should be made before submitting an application. Register on the portal and submit your application on the Night Out website www.nightout.org.uk. Applications must be made at least 4 weeks before the event date, once confirmed we will email confirmation to both the Promoter and the Performer.

Note for Performers: When an application is received a confirmation letter will be sent offering a standard fee of £120 together with a simple report form to be completed after the performance. Payment will be sent via bank transfer within a few days of receipt of an invoice and the report form.
Should a performer seek to have any further costs met, this would be a private matter for the promoter to agree with the artist in advance – Night Out will not accept increased liability.
Night Out Main Scheme: Note to Promoters and Performers: If you wish to arrange a more public performance in the Community, where ticket income can be generated and the artists’ fee can be higher; you should use the Main Night Out scheme.
