The music of this new and innovative quartet brings together a range of influences from jazz, blues, folk and world music. Playing original material, their music is at times melodic, atmospheric and reflective, but also rhythmically infectious and energized.
Pete Stacey, sax player and award-nominated composer, whose orchestral work has been performed in the Proms at the Royal Albert Hall and at St David’s Hall, leads the quartet which also features the lyrical guitarist, Andy Parry and bass player, Barry Wise. They are joined by Paolo Pecoraro (drums) who has recently arrived from Italy.
