Performer Name: Transatlantic Hot Club
Show Name: Transatlantic Hot Club Live 2026
Show Description
Come and relive the decadent Parisian jazz scene of the 1930s with The Transatlantic Hot Club on their 2026 UK tour! Featuring Adrien Chevalier (New York) on Violin, Ben Creighton Griffiths (Cardiff) on Harp, Jeremy Lohier (Corsica) on Accordion, and Ashley John Long (Cardiff) on double bass. Expect to hear Swing classics, Django standards, and Latin Bossa Nova during this exciting performance.
Just something that looks nice and is simple - nothing too extravagant.
If possible we love to play acoustically. However in larger venues our tech requirements are:
Adrien Chevalier – Violin and Vocals
Violin – DPA/pickup to FOH
Vocal Mic – for singing
Wedge for monitoring if venue size demands it
Jeremy Lohier – Accordion and Vocals
Accordion – two DPAs to FOH
Vocal Mic – for singing
Wedge for monitoring if venue size demands it
Ben Creighton Griffiths - Harp
Harp – mono DI to DI box then FOH
Vocal Mic – for announcing
Wedge for monitoring if venue size demands it. Usually no harp through this wedge.
Ashley John Long – Double Bass
Bass – amp to FOH (if needed)
Wedge for monitoring if venue size demands it
We are flexible in regards to get ins and tech set ups as it's not too demanding. For floorspace it's the same sort of floorspace as a standard quartet (the harp takes up a similar size to a drum kit)
We have photos, videos, and biographies which can be provided to bookers.
The Transatlantic Hot Club was formed by Ben Creighton Griffiths and Adrien
Chevalier in 2013 when they met at a harp festival in the French Caribbean. Since then they have expanded the line up of the band and developed an extensive touring schedule of the UK, France, Corsica, and the USA. They often perform with UK bassist Ashley John Long and Corsican Accordion player Jeremy Lohier.
