Now the fighting is coming to an end, one last battle and she will be going home – but can she return to her old life, become a woman again. A search for identity in a violent world. Grist to the Mill is VAT registered.



Self-contained - we can bring our own lighting and sound or use the venue's facilities if available.
A performance space of 4m W x 4m D x 2.5m H. We can get-in in 4 hrs, setting up our own lighting and sound - which would require at least 4 electrical socket. We do use projection in Mulan's performance. 1hr to get out of venue after the show finishes. We don't usually do intervals, but we are happy to do a post-show meet/greet/discussion and a break can be held between the end of the show and that.
We can supply A4 or A3 posters and A5 flyers, images and copies for online promotion. There is also a Mulan trailer available.
Grist to the Mill was founded in 2012 with a specific aim to bring new writing to the world’s stages. Resident writer Ross Ericson has had noted success with his critically acclaimed adaptation of Henry Fielding's Tom Jones and his play Casualties, which was nominated for Best New Play at the OffWestend Awards and published by Methuen.
