'What's Wrong With Derek?' is a comedy sketch show that will have you laughing until your sides hurt. Eleri, Kath and Simone are gathering you all together to answer a question that has plagued mankind since the dawn of time: 'What's Wrong with Derek?' Such a deceptively simple question, but can the answer be found in one night? Does Derek know why he's here (in any sense of the word)? And is there more going on than meets the eye? 'What's Wrong With Derek?' is a fast-paced series of unconnected comedy sketches linked together by a comic framing device that seeks to answer an impossible question, whilst keeping you laughing every step of the way. Derek Palmer is a performer and writer who has created a variety of plays, one man shows and performances. Yearly, with a fantastic group of actors, Derek writes, produces and performs a new comedy sketch show, which will be available to tour after an initial three night run in Swansea. He specialises in comedy and comedy sketch shows, however has created several short plays and one man plays, including his semi-autobiographical show 'Too Many Marshmallows' Over the last four year's Derek, and his group of actors, have performed four sell out comedy sketch shows in Swansea: 'Just the Three of Us...and Derek'; 'Be Careful What You Wish For'; 'The Masterclass'; and 'What's Wrong With Derek' Each of these shows has had fantastic audience responses building up a following and audience that looks forward to each new new show every year.
