The Ghost of a Sailor's Talking Blues is a good 'ol singalong. It's also an unruly mix of comedy and storytelling. This one man show covers 400 years of chorus and life in a tavern where the spirit of a shipwrecked Sailor resides. He whispers into the ears of the famous, sings his songs with the ones he has loved, and wryly rants of the human condition. A show of comedy, storytelling and song all rolled into one!
As a one man show - simple stage lighting or strip lights if necessary.

Pete Morton is a singer and entertainer who is often referred to as an old time troubadour. He delivers an unruly freewheeling mix of storytelling, comedy and song that weaves it's way around the folk tradition. His current show 'The Ghost of a Sailor's talking blues' is a joyful ramble through time (not necessarily in the right order!), in the style of the talking blues, as well as unleashing popular singalong chorus from the last 400 years
