A trilingual performance (Welsh, Cornish and English) that weaves pop electronic music with Celtic-sounding melodies. Ani often performs with a cellist which only adds to the otherworldly feeling that is so present within her shows.

I have no specific requirements but I will need to speak to the sound engineer before the show to ensure that the lighting matches the mood of the performance.
I will need a sound technician and a projector. The projector is essential as I provide visuals that help deaf people have better access to the live music experience.

Ani Glass is the persona of Cardiff-based electronic pop musician, producer and artist, Ani Saunders. Glass sings in her native languages Welsh and Cornish and in March 2020 released her self-produced debut album ‘Mirores’ which was awarded Welsh Language Album of the Year at the National Eisteddfod and shortlisted for the Welsh Music Prize. In September 2020, Ani released the Ynys Araul remix EP which included a version by synth pop giants Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark. Glass is also known for her work with The Pipettes, joining to record the Martin Rushent-produced ‘Earth Vs. The Pipettes’ album. Her much-anticipated follow-up album will be released in 2025.
