Worldwide Welshman is the alias of Liam Rickard, folk-pop singer-songwriter from North Wales, now based in Machynlleth. Since 2015, Worldwide Welshman and his international band have been entertaining audiences in cafés, clubs, pubs, boats, squats, living rooms, community gardens and festivals in Britain and beyond with their multilingual mix of infectious toe tapping tunes, sing-a-long bangers, tragi-comic ballads and folk songs from Cymru and beyond. Worldwide Welshman's performances touch upon a diversity of themes including climate change, migration, mental health, cognitive dissonance, lockdown, and face-cream.
