[Name of Your Village] the Puppet Musical! Let’s make the show right here! A hands-on, hilarious, creative get-together where everyone can help create a new hit Musical. In this event you’ll get to make a puppet character to appear in a unique musical show that celebrates where you live. Our creative team take you on a fast, fun-filled journey to create the puppets and story and we add the hit songs. Who knows - it could be the West End hit of tomorrow! Previous puppet characters have included an acrobatic Super-Hero dog, a tiny ghost and a Grandma with a romantic secret! Suitable for all the family and no previous experience necessary. Audience responses: "I loved the references to our community. It really made you feel part of something." "Great way of making friends - getting to know people." "The songs were amazing!"

We will make use of venue lighting if available or we can be self-contained. Lighting is very simple and we need to use general venue lighting for the audience activity.
In keeping with the fun, social experience of our previous shows this show actively involves the audience - but there is no embarrassing 'audience participation'. The audience get to enjoy hands-on making with other people and contributing suggestions for how we make the story on the night. This show needs a cabaret style layout. We put puppet making materials on tables for the audience to use during the show. Ideally tables for 6 - 8 so the audience can work in teams of friends or new friends! We then place a keyboard on rostra in sight line of the tables and present elements of the show from there. Our performers move among the audience during the performance. Every show is bespoke to the place we are in. We ask promoters to help us with research in preparation for this - we will send a questionnaire and have a phone conversation about what makes your village distinct and special. Content. Please note - we can offer a show targeted at a family audience or an adult audience depending on what works for you. The show is created from the suggestions of the audience there on the night. We are happy to discuss the details of how the show works with promoters before committing to a booking - just drop us a line.
Yes. A5 fliers, A4 and A3 posters - all will need overprinting /labelling with your performance details. We will create social media content and a press release. We are producing a promo video which should be available early in 2025.
