Crazy Pony is an international bluegrass duo from England and Switzerland, based in Switzerland. They play traditional songs and tunes with some original compositions in a bluegrass style, featuring a lot of dynamics and a slice of jazz. With furious banjo, a groovy bass, beautiful harmonies, and not forgetting the famous surprises, their performances are captivating! Founded in 2011, the duo has performed all over Europe and around the world in more than 25 countries! The band recorded their third album in 2017: "On the Mountain," a nostalgic reunion of the golden age of Americana folk music and blues. (The banjo players dad, John Powlesland was from Swansea and had Dylan Thomas's dad as a teacher at school. His granddad was a big union leader there)
